1. Acceptance

By using MileLedger you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

MileLedger is a web-based mileage logging tool. It lets you record trips, track odometer readings, classify business vs personal mileage, and export reports. Free accounts are limited to one vehicle and 30 trips per month. Pro accounts have no limits and include PDF export and recurring templates.

3. Accounts

You may use MileLedger without an account for local-only logging. Creating an account enables cloud sync across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Payments and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of your billing period.

5. Refunds

Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Data

Trip data is stored on secure servers when you are signed in. We do not sell or share your mileage data with third parties. You can export and delete your data at any time.

7. Disclaimer

MileLedger is a record-keeping tool, not a tax advisor. You are responsible for verifying that your mileage records meet IRS or other tax authority requirements. We make no guarantees about the tax deductibility of recorded mileage.

8. Limitation of Liability

MileLedger is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for lost data, incorrect calculations, or any tax consequences arising from use of this tool.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
